For our last assignment under madam Linda, we have to do SMILES using chemsketch. There are total of 4 slides of smiles and we manage to finish it within 3 hours. These pictures below represent our hard work =) hope u enjoy it ^_^

For your information, through SMILES notations, the system will automatically that the other connections are satisfied by hydrogen bonds if enough bonds are not identified by the user.
examples :

CC, CH3CH3 (ethane)	C=C, CH2CH2 (ethene)
CBr, CH3Br (bromoethane)	Na.Cl, NaCl (sodium chloride)

PDB and Raswin

On 12th March, we are introduced to PDB (Protein Data Bank) and Raswin.

PROTEIN DATA BANK (PDB)

PDB is a repository for the 3-D structural data of large biological molecules, such as proteins and nucleic acid. The data typically obtained by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and submitted by biologist and biochemist around the world, are free accessible on the internet via the websites of its member organisation. The PDB is overseen by an organization called the Worldwide Protein Data Bank, wwPDB. The PDB is a key resource in areas of structural biology, such as structural genomics.

959 represent our month of birth:-
Wan Azura was born in the same month with Emilyana which is September. Wan Azura was born on 29/9/1992 while Emilyana was born on 14/9/1992. For Ummi Humairah, she was born on 5/5/1992 . Therefore, WEU 959 will represent our future Lamborghini's number plate.
